EVICTION PREVENTION/SECURITY DEPOSIT ASSISTANCE
If you have a court-ordered eviction, please call 410-857-2999 for assistance.
The following items will help us assist you:
Proof of need (eviction notice/verification of security deposit)
Proof of income (pay stubs, pension statements, child support information, TCA, unemployment, or Social Security/Disability income)
Applicant’s photo ID and copies of all household members’ Social Security cards
Copy of your lease or most recent rent receipts (for evictions)
EMERGENCY RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
If you or someone in your household have experienced a financial hardship due to COVID-19 and are behind on your rent, then the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP), may be able to help.
